It has 55 m², it is the lower part of a house but it is independent and offers a lot of privacy. The exterior of the house has about 500 m2 surrounded by plants, flowers and fruit trees. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of guests and consists of 1 swimming pool with mountain views, 1 Jacuzzi and a terrace with tables, chairs, gas barbecue and a small garden with sun loungers. The apartment has one bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed and is separated from the living room by a curtain. In the living room there is a sofa bed for children (2), internet with wifi and a smart tv to access netflix, amazon prime and even encrypted Spanish channels. 1 large bathroom with a toilet, a hydromassage bathtub and a sink. There is a second single room of 14 m2 with a double bed separated from the apartment where two adults can sleep. In that room there is a fan. Casa mimbrales is located in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, a large village less than 30 minutes from Malaga and 20 minutes from Malaga airport. As you can see in the photos it is a spacious house with a beautiful exterior with a large swimming pool that is maintained all year round. The house is on the first floor, on entering we discover on one side a large living room with a flat screen TV and the latest generation. On the other side, the kitchen with lots of natural light and a large central table to enjoy all together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The house has 4 large bedrooms, two of them with single beds and the other two with double or twin beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of them in the master bedroom. On the ground floor we have another kitchen, something that allows us to be enjoying the summer days in the swimming pool without having to go upstairs and of course a bathroom with shower near the swimming pool. We have a porch area with all its outdoor furniture and a beautiful space for the barbecue, a must both in summer and in a getaway with friends in winter.
