The area is calm. The studio has a double bed, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom. EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.
