Situated on the third floor of a residential building, its balcony offers spectacular views over the bay of Las Palmas and its large beach 'Las Canteras'. The flat is built in loft style, but the kitchen is separated from the living areas. It has two comfortable single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The beach of 'La Puntilla' is located at the end of the promenade of Las Canteras and is the best beach, in terms of safety. Its promenade of almost four kilometres offers a great gastronomic and cultural variety. Las Canteras was considered in 2016 as one of the best urban beaches in the world, with a natural barrier of rocks that turns this part of the beach into a gigantic natural swimming pool.
