A spacious holiday flat with 90 sqm, divided into 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from the living area by a small hallway, living-dining room and a kitchen, which can be closed off from the living area with a sliding door. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, microwave, hand blender, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. In the living/dining room there is a marble table with 4 chairs, a leather sofa with footstool and 2 leather cocktail chairs, a flat screen TV, satellite and digital aerial, DVD player. The flat is located in a first line complex on the beach of Cueva del Lobo, but not directly on the beach road but a short distance to the back and above.
