The house has 3 confortable double bedrooms, 2 showerooms and, now, air conditionning in the whole house. Everything is new and of good quality. The exterior of the villa offers a garden area with sun loungers next to the chlorine swimming pool which measures 9.5 metres long and 4.5 metres wide, with a depth of between 1 and 2 metres. They are spacious outdoor areas ready to enjoy with all the companions under the furnished porch where you can spend the afternoon chatting quietly. Outside there is also a garden area with various fruit trees. Entering the Menorcan style interior, distributed on one floor, you start with a living-dining room equipped with A/C for the hottest days. The two sofas next to the satellite TV allow you to relax and recharge your batteries for evening strolls.
