This modern villa has been comfortably furnished with stylish décor throughout. All on one level and fully air conditioned, this homely villa is the perfect place for peace and tranquillity. The spacious living room has patio doors leading onto a private covered terrace where you will find a BBQ and both alfresco dining and comfortable seating to really enjoy outdoor living. The inviting pool is ideal for cooling off in the hot summer sun and a ping pong table has been provided on the lower terrace for your amusement. The capital Mahon is located just 10 minute drive from the villa where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and large supermarkets.
