Treat yourself to a break on the pool terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The 7 x 4m freshwater pool has a water depth of 1.40 - 1.80m and is cleaned with chlorine. Sun loungers and different furnished corners with trees and shady vegetation are perfect for spending the whole day outdoors. For meals on the terrace, there is a porch with large sliding doors. A mobile grill is available. The finca is fenced and there are some neighbors. The house is one-storey, has 140m2 living space, and convinces with a rustic interior. From the veranda, you enter the living-dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, and dining area for 6 people.
