The detached house is located in the small village of Botija with less than 200 inhabitants in the Extremadura region. The surrounding countryside offers many pastures and the river Tamuja is very close by. The 20 m² veranda offers a second access to the street and has a table with chairs, a stone bench, a parasol and a barbecue. The 19th century holiday home was completely restored and renovated in 2007 and still offers you the traditional architecture typical of the area with maximum comfort, which is the charm of the house.
