The pool is 8x4m with roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m and minimum of 1.20m and outside shower. The house is accessed through a glazed terrace with garden furniture. Once inside the house there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast bar equipped with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and a two-door fridge. We continue with the two double bedrooms, both rooms with two single beds together. Both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower. Distance to village centre 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and Denia 9 km. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions....
