The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station. Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your own vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property. THE HOUSE AND THE SPACE Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s. Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen. Zen Villa With Amazing Views Villa Zen is a beautiful villa with magnificent sea views, situated on the highest part of a hill in the Levantina neighbourhood, overlooking the town of Sitges and less than 10 minutes drive from the centre with all its attractions and sandy beaches. It is less than 30 minutes drive from Barcelona El Prat Airport. This Mediterranean-style house, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people, is spread over 2 floors plus a third where the pool is located. The entrance is located at the top of the villa, where there is parking for up to 2 cars. The first floor is intended for the relaxation of all guests with all the rooms located here. There are 2 double rooms that share a magnificent bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a hot tub that opens onto the terrace with stunning sea views. One of the rooms has exclusive access to this terrace and shares the same beautiful blue views. In addition, there are two other bedrooms from which you can contemplate the sea, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Both share a bathroom with a shower. Parquet flooring has been used on this floor to make it more welcoming.
