There are up to 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas, perfect to drink a glass of wine or read a book, as well as sunbathing. After a delicious barbecue or after playing ping-pong on the porch, you can cool yourself off in the outside shower. The building, with a simple indoor and outer style, has a large dining room which leads to the comfortable living room and to the kitchen, which has a wonderful bar with stools. Due to the excellent location of our house, many places and sites to visit can be reached very quickly and easily. To cover daily needs, you only need to drive 5 minutes to Sa Pobla. In this typical Mallorcan town, you will find everything... supermarkets, gas stations, doctors, pharmacies, a weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and much more. The nearest sandy beach is easily accessible in just a 12-minute drive. Magnificent and traditional Mallorcan country house for 18 people, with private pool, on the outskirts of Campos. The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. It is a three-storey house. On the ground floor, there is a wide living room with TV-SAT as well as both CD and DVD players. Immediately after, you have access to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic cooktop.
