The villa is set within a private estate with 24 hour security and overlooks the bay of Altea. The villa has ample space to enjoy the sun and shade and is perfect for families. Guests will have access to the pool, the gardens with play area. The urbanisation has an additional gymnasium open between June and September and a Tennis / Paddle club open all year round. There is a large living room furnished to a very high standard with satellite tv with stunning view to the Mediterranean. There is also a modern well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms each with a double bed sharing a family bathroom. There is a small pull out bed in the playroom.
