The villa is set within a private estate with 24 hour security and overlooks the bay of Altea. The villa has ample space to enjoy the sun and shade and is perfect for families. Guests will have access to the pool, the gardens with play area. The urbanisation has an additional gymnasium open between June and September and a Tennis / Paddle club open all year round. There is a large living room furnished to a very high standard with satellite tv with stunning view to the Mediterranean. There is also a modern well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms each with a double bed sharing a family bathroom. There is a small pull out bed in the playroom. Towels and bed linen are provided. There are well maintained gardens to enjoy with a small childrens play area. Our opinion - A stunning villa which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, private pool set in a super large terrace enjoying views over the bay of Altea....

The house is located at the top of a cul-de-sac in the urbanization Galera Las Palmeras with a wonderful view of the city of Altea. 50 minutes from Alicante Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Valencia Airport. The living and kitchen area is fully equipped, you will not miss anything there. Above the kitchen is a couch with a large LCD TV SAT TV for rainy days. A BOSE system is located at the bottom of the dining area, a mini sound link is available for the outside area. Above the kitchen is the gallery from which you can access the bedrooms, on this floor we find two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower, one floor above is another bedroom with a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. There is a guest toilet next to the kitchen. For colder days, the house has underfloor heating in all Premises. Outside on the terrace there are three tables, two tables on the morning sun side and one on the covered terrace by the pool. The top bedroom has a roof terrace. The total size of the house is approximately 240 m2, the living room is 12 meters wide and 6 meters high. There are two garages, but only one is available for the guest.
