Detached house with private saltwater pool at 700 mts to the beach! PALAU 1 house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor there is a dining-living room with air conditioning and TV tdt and satellite, independent kitchen with dishwasher, vitro, oven, combi fridge with freezer, a bathroom and a room with two single beds. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the outside area. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a room with air conditioning and a double bed with access to a large terrace, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Outside there is a swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue area, an outside shower, a garage and a parking lot for up to 3 cars. It is situated only 700 mts from Riells beach and all the shops.
