This quiet flat consists of a bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden, with an exit to a large covered porch of 25m2 and furnished that goes out to the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, blender, nespresso, Italian coffee machine, juice maker). It has a double bedroom with a small private terrace with mountain views, a large built-in wardrobe and an adjoining outdoor bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. It is completely luminous and exterior. The bed in the bedroom has 2 bed bases joined by slats and two very comfortable and inseparable mattresses. Each one is 90*1,90, making a large double bed. Single storey villa on the canal located in the Noguera sector. When you enter the house, you find on the right the independent kitchen, and further on there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning, next to it there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Straight ahead, you find a large living-dining room with TV, wifi and air conditioning. On the right, there is a single bedroom, and a double bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is air conditioning in the hallway between the two bedrooms. When you come out of the living room there is a veranda where you can eat at a high table with stools. Outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, a table and chairs, barbecue, a parasol to be able to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful sunny days. The villa has a 13 meter boat mooring. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels). House with communal swimming pool, shared by only four neighbours. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And only a few metres from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and the living-dining room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue. In the living room there is a Smart-TV that works only with wifi. The first floor has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (135cm), one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. And a bathroom with bathtub. The house can sleep a total of 6 people. Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of 10€/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed.
