Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment situated in front line beach just 15 minutes walking distance to Nerja, with southwest orientation and beautiful private terrace with sea views, in a quiet urbanization with communal gardens and pool situated at the end of the Playazo beach, next to the hotel Marinas de Nerja. The apartment is one the first floor, There is one flight of stairs with approximately 15 steps. Once inside it comprises of the following: bright lounge - dining room, equipped with air conditioning, sofa - bed, Smart TV with international channels, free wifi, dining table and chairs. Access via large patio doors lead to the private terrace with , a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the sea views while you dine. Open plan kitchen next to the dining room fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge – freezer and breakfast bar. It has 1 bathroom, equipped with a shower and this is where the washing machine is located. The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and large ceiling fan. There is a supermarket in the same street and a bus stop with a regular service to the centre of Nerja and free parking on the street.
