It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys stunning views of the sea and the beach of Burriana from a privileged position. The flat is just a short walk from Burriana beach, which is accessed via a path and steps through beautifully landscaped gardens. The urbanisation also has 3 swimming pools of varying depths and the whole area is gated to anyone who is not resident there. There are restaurants and other facilities nearby and the town of Nerja is a 20 minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
