Studio for rent as new! This 27m2 studio has undergone a 100% renovation. It consists of a living room, a bathroom and a glazed terrace. Designed for 2 people (no pets allowed!). There is everything you need to reside: furniture, appliances, air conditioning, Spanish and Russian TV, Wi-Fi, crockery, bed linen and towels. Nearby there are many cafes and bars. Within walking distance is the supermarket "Consum", and a pharmacy. The two beaches like Del Cura and Los Locos within 10 minutes walking distance! Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in....
