Hermosa beach is on the same stretch of coast as Costabella, Alicate and Los Monteros.
The beach itself is relatively small and includes the area in and around the Poco Loco restaurant.
About Hermosa beach
Small, sheltered and forming an extension of the Costabella beach. Hermosa beach offers the same characteristics and amenities.
The sand is typically Mediterranean dark and coarse.
As with all the beaches on Marbella's best beach list, the water is clean and very shallow, making the beach very child friendly.
Amenities
Playa Hermosa is regularly cleaned and offers all services.
There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars, showers, toilets, parasols and sun loungers. You can also rent pedalos, canoes etc from several locations nearby.
One restaurant that comes recommended is the Poco Loco restaurant. With an extensive menu and a special 'Greek' nights on Wednesdays, there is a definite Mediterranean emphasis. The cuisine is delicious and varied. Fish dishes are around 15€, meat dishes around 20€ and salads around 10€.
