Beautiful Mediterranean style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 800 metres from the magnificent beach of El Portet, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira. Both in the town of Moraira and in Teulada, if you come by car, you will find all the important supermarkets, and the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants where you can enjoy our highly appreciated gastronomy. From Villa Carmen you can reach the neighbouring towns of Benissa, Calpe and Benitachell in just a few minutes. The property is a country house with a fenced plot of land, as you enter, there is a driveway leading down the plot to the covered parking area, although there is space to leave more cars outside the covered area.
