Well maintained villa on fenced plot situated in a residential area only 2.5km from the beach. Garden with palm trees, cypresses, hibiscus and lawn. The pool is 8x4m with roman steps, a maximum depth of 1.80m and minimum of 1.20m and outside shower. The house is accessed through a glazed terrace with garden furniture. Once inside the house there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen with breakfast bar equipped with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and a two-door fridge. We continue with the two double bedrooms, both rooms with two single beds together. Both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower. Distance to village centre 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and Denia 9 km. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions....

Beautiful villa completely refurbished just 750m from the sea. The house consists of a nice garden with a private pool of 8mx4m, with a depth of max. 1.80m and min. 1.40m, and outdoor shower. Next to it there is a barbecue area to enjoy the summer evenings. The spacious and bright living room has air conditioning, garden views and quality furniture that will make you feel at home. The state-of-the-art kitchen is characterized by having everything you need for cooking such as oven, ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer. On the ground floor of the house there are also two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower which is also accessed from the corridor. On the upper floor we find the third bedroom also with air conditioning, mosquito nets and in front of it is the bathroom with shower. The house has a large parking area with capacity for 2/3 cars. The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 1.5km, supermarket at 200 metres as well as restaurants. Internet available. Pets are not allowed.
