The vacation apartment "PATRICIA" is located in the beautiful Orba valley surrounded by mountains and close to Denia, Calpe and beautiful spacious quiet sandy beaches. The 30m2 apartment is equipped with a small fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a nice little bedroom. The equipment includes fans, air conditioning and heating. WLAN, Internet TV (Netflix), a microwave, hot air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. In the beautiful separate outdoor area with seating and loungers there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, stove and oven. Beach loungers and towels are available free of charge. Bed linen is changed once a week and the apartment is cleaned free of charge on request. Towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning products are available free of charge. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a very comfortable double sofa bed and 2 single beds in the living space. The bathroom is reached through the bedroom in this apartment. You have access to the above ground pool, which is shared between the two apartments for your use whilst staying with us. The gardens are large, around 1500m2, and there are fruit trees and seating areas dotted around. We have secure off-road parking for 6 cars. The apartment has access to an above ground pool, which is shared between two apartments. There is also a gas barbeque. Climbing, cycling, walking and yoga sessions can be arranged on request. Guests can access all areas of the gardens. As the gardens are large, we have to carry out maintenance on a daily basis.
