Spacious and bright penthouse (90m2) with a large terrace (40m2) that has sun all day and beautiful sunsets. It´s locaded in the beautiful green area of Ladera Del Mar 1. It has a capacity of 6 people and it´s on one level. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms but only one has a shower. Livingroom and kitchen are open plan with sea views. The livingroom has a new sofabed for two persons 140 cm. AC in both bedrooms and the livingroom. The terrace has a dining table with six chairs and two sunbeds. There is also a grill. The location is a few minutes drive from Nerja centre if you go by car. Free parking is available outside the house. It´s about 2,7 km to Nerja centre and you can walk the most part along the beach. There is also a busstation nearby. The chared pool is very nice with a large lawn sunbeds, umbrellas, toilet and a shower. Perfect for children. With just a few minutes walking there are several beaches. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby. Free WIFI and TV with a wide selections of foreign channels are availabe. Final cleaning, electricity, sheets and towels are included. Not the beachtowels. You can rent a cot 15 Euro/week High chair 5 euro/week Smoking and pets are not allowed. All rooms have modern furnishings. The 30 square meter terrace offers a wonderful sea view and is equipped with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. Through the south the terrace you have sun all day! The apartment is in a quiet area in one of the most popular resort settlements (Ladera del Mar) of Nerja. The downtown area is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In just a few minutes away (about 300 m) you are at one of several beaches. Even the communal pool with ample sun beds and umbrellas can be reached on foot in a few minutes....

Casa Miguel is a modern, open plan town house, which is furnished, equipped and maintained to a high standard including air conditioning (to both the ground and first floors) and WiFi which is free for guests. The house is ideal for both families (sleeping up to 5) and couples. It is well equipped with all the facilities of a modern home including a fitted kitchen with granite worktops, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and 'Dolce Gusto' coffee machine, cable TV with BBC and ITV channels and DVD player. The house boasts two south facing terraces and a lovely garden providing views of the sea, mountains and Nerja town. The garden is lawned and has a gas BBQ. The house is approx 300m from two communal pools, including a children's pool. Nerja town is approx 1.5km away and can be reached either by road or along the beach (approx 20 minute walk).
