We follow the road and arrive in Calpe where there are some wonderful beaches and where we can also do our shopping. At the same distance, but on the other side, we arrive at a cozy little town called Moraira with a lot of atmosphere and also beautiful beaches. When we get to the villa, we open a large iron gate, and going down a few meters there is a pergola where you can leave the car in the shade. We go down a few steps and reach the front door that gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Melita coffee machine. We offer for tourist rent two-storey villa with swimming pool and large green area 400 metres from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, separate kitchen, three bathrooms, glazed terrace, balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: in 200 meters there is a supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is in 50 meters. The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas! Beautiful house situated on a fenced plot of 600m2 only 3km from the beach. The villa has a very well kept garden with lawns, palm trees, shrubs etc... In the centre of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, outside shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door in front of the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as well as the garage. The house is distributed in the following way: from the entrance we arrive to a spacious living-dining room, which is the distributor of the house (it has TV-SAT.) Next we find the modern kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle and fridge with small freezer. Finally there are the bedrooms, both with double beds, fitted wardrobes and mosquito nets. There is parking space on the street, the garage is not usable. Distance to town 1,3km, to supermarkets 700m, to bars/restaurants 2km. It is advisable to have a car. Pets not allowed. Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
