The house is located at the top of a cul-de-sac in the urbanization Galera Las Palmeras with a wonderful view of the city of Altea. 50 minutes from Alicante Airport and 1 hour 15 minutes from Valencia Airport. The living and kitchen area is fully equipped, you will not miss anything there. Above the kitchen is a couch with a large LCD TV SAT TV for rainy days. A BOSE system is located at the bottom of the dining area, a mini sound link is available for the outside area. Above the kitchen is the gallery from which you can access the bedrooms, on this floor we find two bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower, one floor above is another bedroom with a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning. There is a guest toilet next to the kitchen. For colder days, the house has underfloor heating in all Premises. Outside on the terrace there are three tables, two tables on the morning sun side and one on the covered terrace by the pool. The top bedroom has a roof terrace. The total size of the house is approximately 240 m2, the living room is 12 meters wide and 6 meters high. There are two garages, but only one is available for the guest. The dryer and washing machine are in the garage....
