A cosy one-bedroom flat for rent is located within walking distance of the popular city park "Garden of Nations". The 43 m2 flat consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything necessary for life and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning in the living room. Spanish TV. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The spacious balcony has summer furniture. The area is a well-developed infrastructure. In the neighbouring streets there are many cosy bars. To the supermarket it is about 350 metres. The park "Parque de las Naciones" with fountains and a wonderful children's playground is about 100 metres away! The biggest beach of the city, "Los Naufragos", is about 900 m away, for a maximum of 3 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! A cot and a highchair can be rented for 20 euros for the whole stay. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in....
