This lovingly furnished finca is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí, about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is only 3 km away from Santanyí. There are numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Cala Figuera with the picturesque fishing harbour and the beautiful promenade. The charming cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, bathroom, living dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The covered terrace is equipped with a large wooden table and chairs for cosy alfresco meals. Behind the house is the barbecue area with covered terrace, also equipped with table and chairs. At the front of the garden is the 6.50 x 3.10 m above ground pool with a large sun terrace and sun loungers. The extensive grounds offer plenty of variety; reading a book or enjoying a delicious dinner near the house in the shade; cooling off in the pool, playing football or badminton - just enjoy your holiday and relax!
