A cosy one-bedroom flat for rent is located within walking distance of the popular city park "Garden of Nations". The 43 m2 flat consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything necessary for life and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning in the living room. Spanish TV. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The spacious balcony has summer furniture. The area is a well-developed infrastructure. In the neighbouring streets there are many cosy bars.
